intel wireless link 4965AGN ?!

Hi all !
i have this shit in my computer and I dont know what doing ?!
I must crack one net wifi but I dont know how, I install drivers for this card but command kismet dont work :/ I search tips, tutorials in google, forums but I not found, only for intel 3945 but this too not work :/
