Connecting with bcm4311

I am using a bcm4311 card. I have read that the packet injection does not work on bcm43xx but how do I get the damn card to even connect?

You would just need to use the same commands as almost any other card, but as most people find out, you will be lucky if you even manage that with a broadcom card under linux.

I don't know if the Belkin is any better, it doesn't seem to find hardly any networks.

Is there something I can do to make it find more networks?

BT IS FREE.it cost no money............ so i bet you can afford a 20 buck card in order to use the distro with reliable hardware ... no ??????????....

that's all you will do nothing with it, or if you manage to do something, the behaviour of the card will be so erratic that you will throw it directly in the bin......

Broadcom does suck. It is recognized on my machine, but...that's it. BT just knows it's a Broadcom. (At least for me)
