First of all, I know that Backtrack is a pentesting distro but every now and then i would like to use a multimedia player without having to leave Linux. I've already researched some earlier threads on this issue and they are pretty straight forward.
The commands are:
1. apt-get install vlc
2. hexedit /usr/bin/vlc
After the #2 command i am supposed to use a hex editor to edit /usr/bin/vlc. My question is how do i find a hex editor in BT? is there one that i need to install?
thanks very much.
