    Hi to all,

    in BT2 is this tool "crunch 8 8 abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz > where/to/save"

the question is: on windows there is a similar tool? in order to create the wordlist in office (powerfull PC more disk space)

    many thanks

This has nothing to do with backtrack/linux. Futher more the line you cited is not the tool it is the command followed by the arguments. I would suggest googling windows word list generator or somthing else along the lines of your request.

You could read the wordlist in windows if it's saved as a text file. Not sure if you can code at all, but it would be easy to do in JAVA or C++, and that would give you more options on what you wanted to do, format ect...
