AWUS036H+Vmware 6.01+BT2 = No wifi ??

I have a problem, i use WinVista ahah ..
I have Vmware 6.01 on my Windows for using BT2 with an Alfa AWUS036H but my antenna is not detect on Backtrack 2 !!
Backtrack 2 work so nice on vmware !!! and my antenne work when i boot with the cd !!
The driver of the alfa AWUS036H is install on Win !!
I think there is a problem with vmware and the Vmnet !!
How can do this !!!

Your drivers from the windows host machine are never passed to VMware machines. Take a look at the VMware documentation you may find a workaround.

Have you ever tried to plug in your alfa usb stick , when bt2 on VMware is running?
This is , what works best for me.
After you pluged it in, open a shell window an start your alfa stick in monitor mode. This is what you have to do.
I would change may mac first so type the following commands:
bt~# airmon-ng stop wlan0
bt~# ifconfig wlan0 down
bt~# macchanger –mac 00:11:22:33:44:55 wlan0
bt~#airmon-ng start wlan0 ---> This puts your card back in monitor mode for sniffing traffic.
and now open airodump for sniffing traffic:
bt~# airodump-ng wlan0
