Is it possible to see what websites other people have viewed?
What i'm asking is something like a link or something that they click on and then it sends their cookies or something to your pc so you can view there previously visted websites.

Sounds possible, but I think it would take some fancy scripting to get history dumps from browsers. I would suspect this type of script would first need to know under which browser it is running. I assume that different browsers would store their history in different ways.
You could accomplish almost the same thing with a man-in-the-middle attack, or DNS hijacking.
If I could figure out how to scuba dive & hack at the same time, there would be nothing I couldn't do...
