    Red face Creating a user in BT2 Final in VMware 6.0?

    Well i have read the entry in the Slackware Book on adding a new user to the system via the CLI.

    Code:
    bt ~ # useradd -m d347hm4n
bt ~ # su d347hm4n
bt root $ whoami
d347hm4n
bt root $ passwd
The password for d347hm4n cannot be changed.
    I'm sure the answer is pitifully easy however i am having some trouble finding it.

    Please kill me, i must run adduser as root then it works fine, sorry for being a n00b and feel free to delete this thread mods

    Naa, now the next person that wants to know how to do will find this post, if they actually search, and know the answer.
    Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69
