    Default Problems installing BT2 to VMWare 6 along with VMWare Tools

    Hi ,

    I am installing BT2 to VMWare 6 along with VMWare Tools as very well explained by ND4SPD in the tutorial .everything go ok untill after line

    BT~ # mke2.ext3 /dev/sda1

    i get this error :

    BT~ # mke2.ext3 /dev/sda1
    mke2fs 1.38 (30-jun-2005)
    mkfs.ext3: invalid blocks count - /sda1

    Now i dont know what to do , can somebody help plz?
    Can i close VM or will everything be lost?

    I'm guessing you accidentally double posted. Though they're 8mins apart so i'm not 100% sure. You can hit the "Edit" button and then "Delete" the other one.

    Yes , sorry about that, can not delete the msg though , edited asked amdin or mod to delete.

    Weird, maybe you have to be a member or sr member to delete your own posts.

    Oh well, it happens to the best of us.

    I think i find it hehe ,

    Did not alocate the space in vmware thats why i was getting that error.
    Now working fine ....
