    Exclamation CD, USB, or VMWare?

I'm wondering which will be better, between CD, USB or VMWare. What are the benefits of each? If CD or USB, how exactly would I install BT5r2 onto it, and how would I switch between Windows 7 and BT5r2?

You can find details of each installation type on the Wiki.
As for your question the best Backtrack install depends on your needs, if you try different stuff that might break Backtrack all of the time than a VMware wish Snapshot, if you need to run Backtrack on multiple systems DVD / USB.
