I'm thinking about switching from a WG511T PCMCIA card to a USB wireless adapter w/ antenna (Alfa AWUS036S/Edimax EW-7318USg/Hawking HWUG1/Danets DN-7318USB) to get better reception. I realize that many USB adapters suffer heat problems which make the connection unstable. Does anyone own one of these and have (or not have) heating problems under consistent use? Thanks!
