Seems obvious enough...does /cdrom exist?
I am trying to create a persistent bootable USB with BT5. I have been following this tutorial here but I have run into an error and I can't figure out what it means or why I am getting it.
I am at the part where I have just moved into the flash drive with the code:and the next step is the code:Code:cd /mnt/sdb1Now when I do that it comes up with this error message:Code:rsync -r /cdrom/* .I have a know good live DVD of BT5 R3 in my DVD drive and I know that it is recognized by the system because I got the info message after I inserted the disc.Code:rsync: link_stat "/cdrom/*" failed: No such file or directory (2)
can anyone help me out here with this please?

I'm a compulsive post editor, you might wanna wait until my post has been online for 5-10 mins before quoting it as it will likely change.
I know I seem harsh in some of my replies. SORRY! But if you're doing something illegal or posting something that seems to be obvious BS I'm going to call you on it.
I have found an easier way of doing this. I used VM Ware and when it asked where I want it to be installed I just pointed to the USB drive and it worked perfectly.
