Default Back Track 5r3 VMware, unable to drag and drop

    Hello,

I am unable to drag and drop from host to client via VMware.

I have installed VMware tools on BT5r3. There is a section that asked me if i wanted this function turned on, I chose "yes".

Also i tried turning off the firewall "ufw disable" (I tried finding the /etc/iptables/ directory but it doesn't exist). Still I am unable to drag and drop files from host to client or client to host (I tried many formats and sized files)

PS I am running Windows 7 64 bit as host. BT5r3 KDE 64bit as client.

Please help, or If you have any links to a VMware forum that would help.

Alternate with Virtualbox (v.4.2.4) its possible by simple click "bidirectional" after start the "machine". Virtualbox is opensource/freeware.
