Default Backtrack freezes my netbook after a few minutes.

My netbook freezes in backtrack after a couple seconds or a few minutes...

    Dual boot Windows7/Backtrack 5 r3 KDE 64 bit

    Installed via UnetBootin live USB.

Some of the outputs i've got:
    ifconfig:

    iwconfig:
    lo no wireless extensions

    Entire dmesg:
Could not be posted due to character limits... If i knew what parts of it were important, that would be useful.

Have you tried to dualboot with GNOME instead of KDE?

I haven't tried it in GNOME, don't really care for the GNOME UI much. I used GNOME in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. I like the way KDE is set up better.

As far as any differences between the way the two load, are there any?

There is not, they two work quite the same. Does your windows system support 64-bit ? You could try to fix by using the way that we fiz the black screen of death: http://www.backtrack-linux.org/forum...ad.php?t=48737

I run an Acer Aspire ZG5 Netbook with 1.5GB of RAM and A 1.6GHZ Intel Atom and it doesn't lock up lag or freeze.

    I assume the md5 matches?
