    Default No Internet Connection

Your tool looks awesome in the screenshots!

I am running an Ubuntu 7.10 with Sun's Java 1.6.0_03 and am 100% certain I have internet connectivity - but when I run the Aircrack Updater it complains that I have no connection.

I have manually removed the /usr/bin/au2.0 directory and the shortcut from the desktop and repeated the process to no avail.

I can ping Google just fine from the command line, so I've no idea what it's actually trying to do. Does it use a hard-coded path for ping perhaps that may differ from where Ubuntu puts it?

    Anyone have any thoughts?? Help!!

    I've re-installed BT3....
the module download is a .sh file and not .lzm
i have transformed .sh in .lzm but when I want to install:
    Code:
    lzm2dir aircrack-updater.lzm /
don't get me an error output but don't install nothing on my new installation of backtrack.....no icon desktop and nothing on K menu

You shouldn't be changing that into a lzm. Just give the .sh executable permissions and then run it.

edit : [3.0 IS BUGGY, WAIT FOR 3.1]

copy it to module folder on ur usb

or for real install or save changes installs : type this in shell "lzm2dir au3.0.lzm /"(without quotes)
to launch it just type this in a shell : airupdate
