if anyone have the same problem - don`t use nvidia DEVELOPERS drivers!! they don't work well with bt r2-r3 kernel!! i have luck simply with 304.22 accelerated graphics driver, and now the pyrit works exelent

No, I do not encounter any problem in using developer version.

by the way, thank u for your tutorial, man - i've found there usefull things..but bt5 r3 x 64 gnome won't work with developers variant..nvidia installer can't find kernel headers or kernel source, and targeting their location to the installer gave me no result..it was devdriver 270.40 x 64..and at the same time simple drivers work out of box and work well with cuda ..maybe it depends on bt version, i don't know exactly.. luck

follow the next command in terminal.

    #add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates
    #apt-get update

    #apt-get install nvidia-current nvidia-current-modaliases nvidia-settings

    and reboot
    and then execute "nvidia-xconfig".
