Hi everybody,
I am starting to use backtrack to simulate and test some network attacks.
I installed on my HDD Backtrack r3 . On Backtrack I installed also Virtualbox with a Windows Xp virtual machine.

I want to try to test for example an ARP Poisoning but I don't know How I can configure the network of virtualbox because

if I set in NAT mode, I can't ping the virtual machine and
if I put the virtual machine in the Internal Network , the virtual machine can't go on Internet.

How can I set the Virtualbox networking for try to attack the virtual machine?
