BT 5 R3-GNOME-32 booting from cd. need help.

it boots well until it gets to the background screen and stays there empty off anything. I hear the CD running but the waiting is forever.

I tried booting it from 2 different laptops. both Dell Inspiron.

the only thing that could be seen on that blank-screen is ""The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear." I was quiet.

It might be a bad image on the disk. during copying it or something may have messed it up i have ran into this problem before and i usually just make a new cd and it work fine.

Are you using the default boot method? can you please tell us more about the problem like if you have already logged into the x gui. (Type: startx) and the video card model you are using, not a graphics cards are supported by default but please be more specific.
