    Hi All.

    I have a question/request for suggestions regarding high gain, class 802.11b/g antennas. Since the new micro firmware was released for the WRT54G v5, I decided I would try to improve my repeaters performance. tinyurl.com/34dk2c <--This was the link that got the creative juices flowin', detailing how to do just that. Instead of using the Biquad Satellite Antenna they used, I would prefer something a bit more discrete. I have tried home-made solutions such as the EZ-10 Corner Reflector suggested by Xploitz, but what I'm really looking for is an antenna that I can hardwire to my router and mount outdoors. Any response/suggestion/referral to relevant material would be greatly appreciated.

    Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69

    Hey thanks Barry! I saw this type of antenna a few times while researching but never really looked into them. I'm most certainly going to put the rootenna into consideration after visiting the link in your sig. Great website! Now I have a million more things to read tonight! Also, thanks for the quick response. I rarely register on forums because I hardly ever get replied to.

    OMG! -=Xploitz=- replied to my thread!!! On this occasion I guess I'll just have to go ahead and order what was suggested, which I just did.
