BT2 loaded on VMware platform and ipw3945 wireless card

I need an urgent help, I am have insalled the Vmware and runnig BT2, i cannot get my ipw3945 wireless card to detect and have tried loading it but I get this "ERROR: could not find intel/Pro wireless 3945ABG network connection" If I boot off with the iso bt2 without running it on teh vmware platform it works well. can anyone assist me on how to get this to work so bad

Internal wireless cards and PCMCIA cards will NOT work in VMware Workstation, you have to boot into the OS natively. Or you could by a USB wireless adapter and have fun in VMware :P

I second that, vmware cannot handle anything other than USB.
