Maybe you should be more specific. What are your system's specs?
Hello,
I booted for the 1st time on the BlackTrack live CD. Usually I dont use it cos I have all the tools I need on my Ubuntu installation.
Anyway, I booted on BT Live and the KDE is terribly slow !!?? The mose moves very very slow which makes it unusable.
is this a known issue ?
thx , regards,
Tex

Core Duo2 1.8Mhz
2 GB RAM
GeForce 7600
Are you sure it isn't just waiting to load something off the cd? You can usually hear your CDROM spinning when you need something you haven't loaded yet; like a new command (that's new to your current session)
I would reburn the cd as slow as you can. Then try running, you computer sounds like it should run it fine.
ok I will try
try it on usb.....bt is a little slow on cd

on usb ??
Maybe it's a bit slow from CD but It shouldn't be THAT slow.
When I move my mouse in the console mode (without starting X), the cursor also moves very very slow.
I'm trying right now to burnt it with a lower speed.
Hi,
I burnt it with a low speed but it's the same. The mouse moves very slow.
have you try another mouse ?????
maybe it's badly recognized ,could be if it's an internal pad or a usb one....
