    Exclamation I am New Please Guide Me!!

    Hi everyone!! I am new on this forum. First let me introduce myself, i am sumit a computer science graduate. My hobbies are collecting good softwares from net, hacking, programming, posting on forum sites ( i m moderator of one forum site) . Ok!
    Few days before i was searching some software and i found Live CD - for wireless Hacking so i have downloaded that one for me file name "auditor-200605-02-ipw2100.iso" Ok now i want to ask some questions please guide me!

    how can i use this CD?
    Which OS is requied for this?
    What is BT 2.0 and how can i use this? ( i am also downloading BT 2.0)
    and any other information?
    I have Hp nx6120 series Laptop whether it support these Live CD's?

    Please guide me! Waiting for your replies! i request everyone to please give me any information you have! and my special request to mods over here!

    backtrack is the successor of auditor....

    it's a merge between auditor & knoppix ....

    bt is based on slax 6 , and is a live cd with pentest oriented purposes...

    download it , burn it , boot .....lol

    mmmmmmmmmmmm......lol how about this...
    insert the cd and reboot.

    Once you realise what you have got,
    have a read of the forum and join in.

    I would use backtrack, its my favorite of the two not to mention newer.

    ok so OS doest takes part in it. I mean it will self boot and start.

    please forgive me but i am not aware with LIVE CD!! i dont know anything about it. but i understand you that it will automaticall install when i boot it with this CD! I am trying to find out instruction!!
