Hi all,

I downloaded BT5 R3 KDE 32 bit version image yesterday.
While i tried to boot into GUI using the command "startx"
I am getting the following error.

My Graphics is Intel HD Graphics 3000
and Monitor is LG E2041(I am suspecting this too )

I tried the following scenarios to correct it

1.In boot entry give i945.modeset=0
i945.modeset=1

2.In boot entry, xforcevesa

3.fix-splash and tried to delete *.ksplash files in /root/.kde/
But i didnt find any file there.

4.dpkg-reconfigure xwindows-xorg

Please guide me to boot in GUI and install it.
