    Question Backtrack5 R3 install failed, the prepare partitions list is empty

    i download the bt5r3 iso and burn it into a dvd. then i install it , but it seems something wrong in step 4. the prepare partitions is blank, the devices list is empty.
    what should i do to fix that?

    apt-get remove dmraid
    then run the installer
