iptables reset?

After i've enabled port forwarding and redirect for ssl strip and i want to go back to a normal boot time iptables, how would i go about 'resetting' the iptables?

iptables is automatically reset every reboot. Anyway, iptables -F

Ok, i wasn't sure if the -F would do it or not. And the point of me wanting to figure it out was to save a reboot thx.
