No. I have tried in the past. It turned into a useful learning experience, which improved my general linux skills, increased my respect for the BT devs, but didn't give me a useable rig.
Wait for BT5 R3 in 2 weeks?
I would like to install the full suite of Backtrack 5R2 tools and utilities on a PC built with the latest Ubuntu release, 12.04, and a Ubuntu mainline kernel 3.5 with the latest compat-wireless installed.
Is there an easy way to do this? A script or tutorial would be a great help. TIA.
