how to connect to a network in shell?
I'm a newbie to linux, what are the commands to connect to a wireless netowrk in shell? it is a secure network with wep.

ifconfig wlan0 down
iwconfig wlan0 mode managed essid NETWORK key WEPKEY
ifconfig wlan0 up
dhcpcd wlan0
replace wlan0 with the name of your interface
replace NETWORK with the name of your network
replace WEPKEY with your wep key

I managed to crack my own network but had not clue how to connect to it!
