Backtrack Functionality

I was just curious is there detail explantion of all the tool in Backtrack, some I heard of and seen and I guess I could google them all one at a time. But if some one has location where I can find them all that would be apreciated.

Also with al the post I was finally able to Install Backtrack and get mt Dv9205 working with broadcom.

You've already answered your question...just Google them one at a time!

You can also try looking at the "man", (manual), pages for each app...although some don't have one at all. To view the man page for an app, type man before the application in a prompt window, for example:

man airodump-ng

displays the manual page for Airodump.

But instead of trying to work out what each tool does, try working out what you want to do and then Google that...this will lead you to apps in BT which will allow you to achieve it, (after a lot of head scratching).

There are over 300 tools included with BT2, no one here is about to find you links for all of them.
