Why ma wifi card see any essid

Hello,

I use backtrack 2.0
with toshiba tacra A4 centrino ipw2200.
In first time with bt2 live cd don’t see ma wifi card .
With this during the boot
Failed to send TX_POWER: Command timed out. ...
Failed to send TX_POWER: Command timed out. ...
Failed to send TX_POWER: Command timed out. ...
5 attempt….

I think resolve this problem when the boot start I launch biospnp = off.
I now Kwifimanager see my card

In next time I launch this bash command.
iwconfig eth1 essid……
iwconfig eth1 key……
iwconfig eth1 channel……
iwconfig eth1 key……
iwconfig eth1 mode……

But nothink when I launch ifconfig –a????????

I set yes in the /usr/…rc1.conf file for DHCP option.
I try set mask and ip address.

Result my wifi card during after scan see any essid or any network
WHY?

as far as i know you need to do that

- rmmod ipw2200
- modprobe ipw2200 rtap_iface=1
- ifconfig eth1 up
- ifconfig rtap0 upuse rtap0 wich will be your attack interface

eth1 will be your all usage interface

bt2 answer don't getting flag
i stop with ipw2200 centrino wifi
i buy another card in pcmcia or usb.
whish card advise me compliance 100% with bt2 live cd and HHD install.
