For those who did not work with him,,(the sound icon)follow this FIX..

go to: System/Preference/Startup Applications

now (add)

Name = anything you want
command = /usr/bin/pulseaudio
comment = anything you want

: )

logout or reboot .. and Enjoy : P

*if did not work : remove or delete (PulseAudio Sound System) from the list
