can't access windows (dual boot installation)

I installed backtrack 5r2 dual boot with windows 7.
Every time i access window 7 ,after a blue screen appears for 1 second, the computer restarts.
need help, i'm stuck in backtrack and can't use windows

Hi, i havent used backtrack but thats not the problem. I am using Linux and they all have something called 'grub' its a sceen that appears and lets you choose between two operating systems. Blue sceen in windows 7 is the most COMMON-FUNNY sceen ever Search google for thousands of results. There are many reasons for this and probably the way to fix this is by inserting the installation CD of windows and choose repair the system.

Try repeatedly pressing F8 after selecting Windows 7. Select "Disable Automatic Reboot on System Failure." Try booting again and take note of the bluescreen error code. This is usually hexadecimal in the form of 0x000000-- where the double-dash is unique to your error, for example 0x0000008e. Take note of this and run it through Google, or post back here.

You may wish to run chkdsk on your system partition, too, which runs a small chance of solving your problem.

Have you considered reformatting the whole drive?

Backup your data on another computer and reformat, and repartition your whole drive ;-)
