4X WLM54G 200mW 802.11 b/g mini pci cards. I still haven't decided if I'm going to put another 4 cards in. I'm having issues with getting more than one in monitor mode at a time.
Of course, if you really wanted to have some fun, go to Wal-Mart late at night and ask the greeter if they could help you find trashbags, roll of carpet, rope, quicklime, clorox and a shovel. See if they give you any strange looks. --Streaker69

Ubiquiti SRC 300mW with 9dB omni antenna

    Netgear WG511T

    IPW2200 (in built)

For the record, I seem to get slightly better RX and TX with the Ubiquiti and 9dB antenna than the Netgear...but I mean slightly, and the difference in price means that I'd recommend the Netgear everytime!

PS: I know this isn't a "What Card" thread, but I thought I'd do a bit of Ubiquiti bashing because it's got to be the most over-rated card out there!!!

I'm actually thinking of eBaying it and getting an Alfa instead, (at least that way I'd have two different chipsets), but I don't need long range because whenever I'm experimenting my laptop's never more than 5-10ft from my AP anyway...so the Ubiquiti is essentially redundant, especially because having an external antenna is an annoyance that I really don't need.

I have the Ubiquiti SRC which has been awesome (Atheros PCMCIA)

and a AirLink Super G which is also Atheros. (and a USB)

I get amazing power from the Ubiquiti (send and receive) but it does eat my battery.

Some internal Atheros chipset but branded as a Philips card... too bad my bios flips out when I boot on my laptop. Wish these manufactures wouldn't 'lock in' specific brands of cards in the laptops.

    2X Senao NL-2511CD PLUS EXT2
    5X Proxim 8470-wd
    1X Hawking Hwug1
    1X Dlink Dwl-G132 Atheros Usb
1X Zyxel G-220 Usb (used in windows for Rogue Hotspot)
1X Netgear Usb (can't figure out model, Prism2)
    1X Belkin f5d7050 Usb
    3X Cisco Aironet 350's (prism2's)
    1X Internal Atheros Laptop Card
    A slew of random cards.

I want to get the alfa and a decent antenna. So far my Hawking Hwug1 seems to be the best hooked up with the cantenna.

I've heard people say great things about the Senao card. I tried flashing it and everything. It's a piece of SHIITE. I have 2, they both suck. No, you can't have one
I felt like bending the bars back, and ripping out the window frames and eating them. yes, eating them! Leaping, leaping, leaping! Colonics for everyone! All right! You dumb*sses. I'm a mental patient. I'm *supposed* to act out!

    Hopefully this is on topic

Any differences between the WG511U / WG511T ?? Any recommendations?

Also I see multiple different color casings on the WG511T, will all support injection, etc in BT3? Is there certain versions that won't work?
