ERROR: Module rt2570 does not exist in /proc/modules

hello, i have a belkin F5D7051 and after 1 month of struggling i've reached this point but now i'm stuck

bt ~ # ndiswrapper -l
bcmrndis : driver installed
device (050D:7051) present (alternate driver: rt2570)
bt ~ # rmmod rt2570
ERROR: Module rt2570 does not exist in /proc/modules

can anybody please help me?

AFAIK this device use the bcm43xx chipset from broadcom....
wich is fully supported and natively installed on BT

im sure of this fact.....i check on specification list........

802.11g F5D7051 man: 050d dev: 7051 USB Broadcom Bcm43xx

that means you don't need to use ndiswrapper or any ralink driver(rt2570)

please remove ndiswrapper module from memory
plug your adapter
modprobe bcm43xx
ifconfig -a

you will see your adapter as ethX

but is not working...anyway i have some other errors, i can't unload ndiswrapper, plus any rmmod gives me the same error saying that it does not exist in /proc/modules...so i'll try to reinstall backtrack and read a few more about linux

plug your adapter
modprobe bcm43xx
ifconfig -a

Does not appear to do anything. Nothing extra is listed in ifconfig -a
