Default OT: Anyone familure with SANS 544?

    Sorry for the OT post.

I have some colleagues considering the following course and wondered if anyone here has done it:
Secure Coding in .NET: Developing Defensible Applications - https://www.sans.org/security-traini...tions-1147-mid

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
I'm a compulsive post editor, you might wanna wait until my post has been online for 5-10 mins before quoting it as it will likely change.

I know I seem harsh in some of my replies. SORRY! But if you're doing something illegal or posting something that seems to be obvious BS I'm going to call you on it.

Yes, I took this course about 2 years ago; David Rice taught it then. I found it very beneficial...even as a novice .NET programmer. Had I been more experienced with .NET, I think I would have gotten even more out of it.
If I could figure out how to scuba dive & hack at the same time, there would be nothing I couldn't do...
