Advice on this partitioning please

Please see attached screen shot.

/dev/sda/1 is the Windows Reserved Partition
/dev/sda2 is my Windows System Drive (C
/dev/sda3 is my Windows Data Partition (D
/dev/sda4 is where BackTrack is installed

As you can see there is a couple of unallocated spaces there and 2 swap drives.

I had BT5 installed on here twice, and I think some of it can be removed but I dont want to mess anything up!

I think the /dev/sda5 swap space can be deleted?

Why not try Aomei Partition Assistant?

What will that acheive? I'm comforable using gparted, I just wanted clarification on what partitons should be there and which shouldnt be there.
