You may need to delete and reinstall Firefox from scratch.

Your kidding right?? If your serious..forget me or anyone else spoon feeding you the answer to this question. Maybe BT2 is too complex for you? If your looking for a spoon fed answer I suggest you go to the netstumbler forums.

    lol..

Not making fun of you..really. Some people here really shouldn't even be on a computer..lol..

But to answer your question since you were a good sport....

First download another copy of Firefox..lol so you don't delete it and then try to install w/o having a copy so they can get on the net!!..Believe me..I've seen people do this..lol

    On Linux

Remove the firefox Installation directory, usually: /usr/lib/firefox-<version>. For example, if using Firefox 1.0 it would be: /usr/lib/firefox-1.0

    Linux

    Examples of default installation directories:
    Firefox/usr/lib/firefox-<version>
For example, if using Firefox 1.0 it would be: /usr/lib/firefox-1.0
    Mozilla Suite/usr/lib/mozilla-<version>
For example: /usr/lib/mozilla-1.7.3 Example search for Firefox (searching from /): firefox

Firefox stores your user data in one of the following locations:
    Linux and Unix systems ~/.mozilla/firefox

Just go to "START">>Find files and folders>>>type in firefox>>search in the "/" directory then delete all...then search Mozilla and do the same.

    Now reinstall.

lol thanks man yea i know what you mean because i have to fix everyones computer. people are hella dumb and i think the worst job ever would be phone tech support because people dont use their head. yea ive been using windows all my life and now i hate it because it is too easy the only challange about it is reverse engineering programs (and turning off the 50 million useless background programs when i have to reinstall) yea no worries dude i didnt think that you were being a dick but sometimes we think people should know things that seem little to us trust me i do it also
