Try running that file with
perl udp.pl
and see if that helps.

I have tried using udp.pl but it is broken.
I did chmod 777 ./udp.pl beacuse it need more permissions
and then i did ./udp.pl and it said bad interpreter No such file or directory.
Any idea why?
