I had the same problem.
I installed BT5R2-GNOME-64 on 8 gb SanDisk USB 2.0 using Linux Live USB Creator ver. 2.8 update 10 with persistent memory at 2.5 gb.
After the first run on Persistent Mode and on reboot, the following message appeared:
xx.xxxxxxxxxx EXT2-fs (loop1) : error : ext2-loopup : deleted inode referenced : 292644
The message appeared continuously with xx.xxxxxxxxx changing all the time, and occassionally the last six digits also changed to 195096.
I did not know how to stop it except to turn off the computer by pressing and holding the power button.
After the computer was restarted, the cycle repeated itself.
As I was using a different brand of USB drive, I suspect the problem is more because of software than hardware.
