Type and post:
1. lspci | grep -i audio (the first characters on the output must be the pci id: xx:0x.0) like you posted above.
2. lspci --vvs xx:0x.x (the -vv is a doble "v" for Very Verbose) See at the end the driver that kernel is using.
3. aplay -l | grep -i card (See the modulesa used by audio device)
If ALSA, then need to see if it is activated in the BT5 main menu. First you have to check if sound card is with the module activated. or check the volume, something pretty basic.
Also check for the kernel buffer messages: dmesg
Look for any EE (error in sound card)
