WiFi regulatory domain

Hello,
I've one small problem.
I make BT5 Live DVD and I've problem with settings of wifi connection.
I set regulatoy domain by "iw reg set CZ" well ("iw reg get" reports right frequencies), but changing channel to 12,13,120,124 and 128 isn't possible.
iw phy says, this channels are disabled.
On Win all channels works well -> wifi adapter works on tis channels.
What I do wrong and what can I do to make it work?

Oh - I realized too late that I did not write...
NIC - CB9 and ath5k driver.
Basically, I did not set anything, so it found the system itself.

I haven't used this driver but according to linuxwireless.org (often outdated) it doesn't support 5GHz spectrum. This means your maximum channel will be 14. I see some people (like you unfortunately) are only getting 11. Various hacks are offered in the aircrack forums and dev mailing list, but they're not for the faint of heart!

That's not entirely true - 5 GHz band works, except for certain disabled channels. Range of channels more or less corresponds to the regulatory domain, only the above channels are always forbidden - regardless of the country set.
