All-in-one guide for installing BT2 to VMWare 6 along with VMWare Tools

when i type : BT ~ # cp /boot/vmlinuz /tmp/bt2/boot/

Reults giv me cp: missing destination file operand after 'cp /boot/vmlinuz /tmp/bt2/boot/'

Anyone can help me?? By the way i installing backtrack 2 not 3

I'm trying to install BT2 on VMware WS6. I've installed it to the virtual disk and it reboots to the disk. My problem is when I try to install the Tools. I get the error below when the vmxnet driver tries to compile. Any ideas on what I can try?
