Installing BT 5 on pendrive together with UBCD4Win

Hi to all!
With BT 4, it was possible to install BT on a pendrive, after making it bootable, just copying all the folders and files from the ISO, and this together for example with UBCD4Win, just modifying menu.lst.
With BT 5, this doesn't seem possible anymore, at least easily. Anybody knows if it is still possible?
