Hi i am complete new to BT and linux.
I'm from Belguim so excuse me for my English
Fist I'll tell you a little bit history to understand my problem.
Before BT I always run the aircrack-ng tools on my windows XP
Broadcom integrated card bcm4306.
When I played airodump I received an error that my card was not comptable
So I searched for a solution and found that I had tot downgrade my driver from the latest one till 30.40.100.0 version, with this version I cant go on internet.
I played airodump and it really worked I saw all the networks but I couldn't capture any packets, I thought my card just wasn't good and i quite for a time.
1 week ago I went to my sister with my laptop and tried again to crack her network key (network with no clients). Donwgraded again my driver, started airodump and i received lots of packets (from her neighbour also ), using with aircrack and I found her network key, so my card works.
I come back home, run airodump and again I see all the 3 networks and capture no packets.
Now I boot with BT everything good.
But when I start kismet or airodump I even don't see any network.
But they recognize my card.
Can someone help me plz
