hey , could someone let me know what kind of keys per second in pyrit they are getting with their gtx 580, opencl/cuda cuz i remember reading somewhere someone was getting like 200k, but this was a year ago or so i could be mistaken, but now im reading something like 36k, could someone help me out ?![]()

As I understand it, Pyrit is pretty customizable. You may be able to do some tweaks to get some more speed out of it. Upgrading video drivers may help as well.
If I could figure out how to scuba dive & hack at the same time, there would be nothing I couldn't do...

i have nVidia GeForce GTX 570 [not 580 You are asking]
but i bet the diffrence isn't very very big.
With pyrit + CUDA it does average 33k per second. [only this card, not included CPU]
Lowest value i have ever seen was 28k, and highest 45k.
When i look at the table here [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GeForce...ries#Products] i guess that 580 shall do like 10% more than my 570, no idea if it helps You anyway. ;]
I can't vouch for Pyrit, but when using oclHashcat+ with my GTX590 I get around 65k/s
