If you can see your target, in theory, you should be able to exploit it. Of course, your success will depend on the vulnerability of the target, your skill, and a little luck.

Ok...to make sure I understand: you have 4 target machines(1 with XP, and 3 with Windows 7), and your BackTrack machine. Are all your machines connected to the same switch or hub? Are they on the same subnet? If the answer to those questions is yes, then, in theory, you should be able to exploit any one of the 4 target machines.
I'm not sure what you mean by main computer.
If I could figure out how to scuba dive & hack at the same time, there would be nothing I couldn't do...
