Is offensive-security.com site !!??

When i try visit offensive-security.com give me "Unable to connect".

Looks like everything is good. If you're at work, maybe your employer has blacklisted it.

http://www.offensive-security.com/ is blocked by alot of routers and isp's you would think they would reclassify it to research information and take it off blacklist's

What does an external traceroute or DNS lookup reveal? Have you tried secure HTTP (https)?

I use the https trick to bypass filters on overly restrictive networks (but never at work! )

Or you can use a tor browser bundle. That'll get by lots of filters.
