Looks like everything is good. If you're at work, maybe your employer has blacklisted it.

What does an external traceroute or DNS lookup reveal? Have you tried secure HTTP (https)?

I use the https trick to bypass filters on overly restrictive networks (but never at work!)

Or you can use a tor browser bundle. That'll get by lots of filters.
