I need Virtual Desktop without reinstalling os

I have in dualboot windows7 and backtrack5 now i need one Virtual Desktop for windows7 without reinstalling os again..It can do this.. I tried to install vmware or virtualbox but asks me to reinstall the operating system again i not want reinstall again windows7 i want to use what they already directly without reboot my PC. . . I hope you understand what I mean .. Sorry for my english...Hello everyone and Congratulations to the forum.

The process is different depending on which hypervisor (virtualbox or vmware) you are using, but here is both solutions.

VMWare - http://www.vmware.com/products/converter/
Just download the converter and run it on the Windows installation you want to copy, and you can import that into any VMWare product, as well as Virtual Box

VirtualBox - https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Migrate_Windows
Download virtualbox onto the Windows installation you want to copy, then follow the directions on that page.

Either one of those should work.
