I don´t know why but it worked because I did this like 3 times before you said it to me, thanks!!!

Now I'm having another problem, the first time I did it work fine, turn off the computer and turn it on like 4 hours later and it connected again but when I open the first mozilla it disconnects and cannot associate with the AP again.

Your using an Atheros chipped card right??

You'll need to update the default MADWIFI if your using BT3>>>

Theres a known bug in the default madwifi version that comes stock with bt3 beta. Just update this driver and your connection will stay solid.

My linksys wusb54gc works thanks to ShamanVirtuel and the iwpriv commands with WPA TKIP (haven't tried the patched drivers-another project )

Gives me a loop that will very quickly lead to a chirp from my laptop and that terminal becomes unresponsive -no ctrl c / not able to kill process have to logout and reboot -also ifconfig, iwconfig, dhcpcd, iwlist return nothing after terminal becomes non responsive.

any help u guys could give me would be great cause well it's kinda boring with no internet

What card / chipset are you using?

One of your errors suggest that your not in managed mode.

Try airmon-ng stop <device>

example......

airmo-ng stop ath0

or>>

airmon-ng stop wlan0 ........etc.

ifconfig <device> up
