Hey,
I followed this wiki how-to twice already: http://www.backtrack-linux.org/wiki/...Persistent_USB
But when I reboot my PC wont boot from the USB, it freezes and nothing happens.
Im using BT5R1-Gnome-64bits on a Corsair Flash Voyager 8GB.

Try using different USB 2.0 ports and troubleshoot the other steps if you
haven't already.
Check the ISO MD5 checksum using HASHCALC
Make sure your using the most upto date usb installer.
Burn the ISO to a DVD to verify that it will work on your computer.
I know in my case I built my own computer and it for some reason or another will not boot-up backtrack with persistence.
If possible try the drive on another computer. That's what i did and it works awesome on my laptop.
