    Default Making a module

I am trying to make a module for tcpreplay-2.3.5 (it seems to work a lot better for me than the newer version). I found on the wiki page it shows how to make modules. I'm thinking its the from source code one i need to do. Is it saying by doing check install you get a file out of it? I have tried to make a module but i'm not seeming to have any luck since don't have a .tgz file. This is probably a stupid mistake i'm making but any help would be appreciated.

to get a tgz file you can

    1 untar the source
    2 configure if needed;make
3 checkinstall instead of make install

will create the tgz package and install your source.......you even can create a doc for your package

    after do a simple
    tgz2lzm file.tgz file.lzm

    that's all
Watch your back, your packetz will belong to me soon... xD
