How To Install a Netgear wireless n-300 USB adapter (wna3100)

Firstly I'm going to say sorry in advance if this is the wrong forum's section to post this thread, but as you can see I'm new to this forum.
DISCLAIMER: I'm new both to programming and Linux/Bactrack

I've installed BT5 on an 15GB USB with unetbootin but I'm unable to install my wi-fi adapter on the USB, so I'm unable to connect to internet, is there a way to make it working?

hi all i also have same problem , i am in bt5r1 and netgear wna3100 usb is not recognized. My lsusb shows below,

however my laptop wifi is working nicely.

i tried the backtrack wiki wireless tutorials but did not work for me and even i installed ndiswrapper, common utils and ndisgtk, got bcmxx inf file and installed the windows drivers but wireless still very far. i have followed a lot of tutorials but in vain.

if someknows please enlighten me. thanks
